Official site

Zeron review

Zeron is a native app that controls coding agents you already use, such as Claude Code and Codex, from one session list. It runs on macOS, Windows, Linux and Android, and the code is MIT-licensed. We read the vendor's site and GitHub pages in October 2026. We did not run an independent test.

Who it is for

Developers who start an agent on one machine and want to watch it, or approve its diff, from another device such as a phone.

What stands out

The site describes Zeron as a workspace, not a new agent harness. It runs the agents already installed on your machines. Examples named include Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Cursor, Grok, Hermes and Pi.

Sessions stay on the device by default. The README says no account or network connection is needed. Signing in is optional and enables multi-device sync, so a session can be followed or driven from a second device.

Branch diffs update as agents work, and the site shows commit history for each workspace. A Linux-only headless mode installs a background service for servers. It has a small CLI with status, update and daemon commands.

Desktop downloads cover macOS on Apple silicon, Windows on x64, and Linux on x64 and arm64. An Android APK is offered. The latest GitHub release was v0.2.129 on 28 October 2026,.

Price and licence

The site states no price, and a pricing page returned 404 on 29 October 2026. The README says the app works without an account. Source is under the MIT licence.

Zeron features

✓ documented · – absent or not in its feature list · ? not verified

Zeron strengths

  • MIT-licensed with source on GitHub; desktop builds for macOS, Windows and Linux plus an Android APK
  • Local by default: README says no account or network connection is needed and sessions stay on the device
  • Optional sign-in lets a session started on one device be followed or driven from another, for example from a phone
  • Linux headless mode with a CLI (status, update, daemon start/stop) for keeping agents running on a server

Zeron weak points

  • iOS app is listed as coming soon; the Android app is an APK download
  • The site's two agent lists differ (five named in the header, six in the body), so exact agent support is unclear
  • Pricing for the optional sync was not stated, and the README warns that devices on one account can read and write each other's workspace files
  • No parallel-agent or git worktree feature was described on the site or README; version is 0.x with frequent releases

Who Zeron is for

best for
Developers who run Claude Code or Codex on one machine and want to watch and approve their work from another device.
look elsewhere if
Users who want a plain terminal or SSH client, or automatic worktree isolation for many parallel agents.
